From my reading in Acts 25 in the One Year New Testament.
Jesus is not dead!
Jesus came back to life and that is what makes Chrisitanity unique. Festus said this about the accusations against Paul,
“Instead, it was something about their religion and a dead man named Jesus, who Paul insists is alive.” Acts 25:19
Paul insisted Jesus is alive because HE IS ALIVE!
Jesus is alive today and you can know him personally. Paul banked the entire value our faith on this truth.
“And if Christ has not been raised, then all our preaching is useless, and your faith is useless.” 1 Cor 15:14
Faith is not useful unless it is in someone who can actually do something for you.
Jesus can and will save us because he is alive. He died for our sins. He then rose from the grave proving that he defeated death!
Praise God that Jesus is alive!
If you have never received the new life he offers then do it today! Turn from your sin and turn to Jesus!
